tried it again and it loaded fast enough. (a few seconds)

a couple of the rollover elements seemed a bit sluggish


had a couple of terminal application errors while messing around

with the alliances section of the site. I got exception errors and

my copy of Visual C++ wanted to debuglike it always does.

not be read.
