FLASH: Help...with Frames!!

Hi...I'm new to Flash...and I'm having problems incorporating flash html 

files with frames...


If someone could point me in the right direction i would grately appreciate 

it...


(I have looked at a lot of site already yet I'm still not finding anything 

on this subject)
