Hi there,
I know folks from Macromedia read this list. I'd mail you direct, but I
can't remember who you are -- sorry!
Anyway, on to business.
I've created a site that makes and sends FlashCards to people -- much like
ShockRave. I'm wondering if the word "FlashCard" is a Trademark? On the
Shockrave site there appears to be no sign of the Trademark, the Service
Mark or the Registered Trademark symbols. Can I use it (in the UK)?
I appreciate that it may be a case of anyone can use it as long as they're
spreading the "Go and Get Flash" message to anyone and everyone.
Can anyone advise?

PS Non-profitmaking and credit to MM is possible if it is a (tm), (sm) or
(r).
PPS Site not available yet -- hopefully by middle of this week.
