You can drag individual symbols from one library to another just fine, but
you cannot drag a folder in one library into another library. Folders don't
seem to travel.
Copy frames/paste frames doesn't retain the library folders either. The
library's symbols come through in alphabetical order but not in folders
anymore.

Drag'n'Drop from library to library would work :)
* open both of your movies, open up their Libraries (both of them) and then
just drag'n'drop from the one to the other
