FLASH: Flash made or Director made?

I just viewed a very interesting document called Keeboo. 

The DEMO looks like something made as an educational courseware type 

thing.


I am wondering - was it made in Director or Flash?  Would it be easier to 

set up a stage of events like this with Director tools?  It seems like it 

would be a lot of work in Flash and not something that would be a natural 

fit for it.
