Cinema 4D comes in three versions: Cinema 4D GO (light), C4D SE

(medium package) and C4D XL (professional version).


The latest version is Cinema 4D 6 XL, which is a very good 3D

programme, it equals 3D Max in functionality and usability, but cost

only half the money . I would suggest buying either the GO version or right

away the XL version.

BTW, C4D is available for Mac AND Windows 9x/NT.


I recently read Maya will be available for Mac next year.
