Andrew, Interesting site.
My system stats are:
Pentium III 650Mhz
192MB RAM
56k Internet Connection
8MB 3D Video Card

here are my suggestions for your site:

1. The intro is neat, but you need to add more time for a reader to view the
text that you display. I read it as fast as i could, and i still missed some
items.

2. When you go to the sections from the homepage that are distinguished by
the silver/gray balls, you provide no link back to the main page. Maybe a
little button at the bottom of each page to let viewers easily go back
without having to go over to the framed sidebar and click on the Main button.

3. On your search page, i would recommend to change the background to black,
to keep the "theme" of the website going. It looks odd when you are looking
at a black site to all of a sudden have a big white page staring you in the
face.

I did not see anything that was not working propely, just minor design flaws
such as the buttons. Overall, i would say that you did a fine job, and i
think it will work fine for you to achieve your goal.

Best Regards,

John Ward
