Actually, setting up a local install point for the Flash plugin violates
copyright laws. If you want to distribute the plugin you must license it
through Macromedia, which costs quite a bit. One good way of getting around
this though is to distribute IE 5 or Netsape 4.7 to everyone, which comes
with the flash4 plugin.
