If you are on an Intranet that will be Flash capable you should upgrade
to Flash 4.

This only works for Flash 2 content. Making a Flash 3 Java has not been
accomplished yet.

Even in the very biggest corporations with strict rules about computer
setup, adding a Flash plugin should no longer be a big problem. In many
companies the only real problem is seeing that Flash will be setup on
all computers and that all servers are properly setup with the MIME for
Flash.
