FLASH: Stand Alone Flash .EXE

Hello,


I need to create a stand alone Flash executable, in which the client wants to

have the .exe launch a browser, dial up if necessary, and go to a specific

url.  Are these all possible. Obviously, it can handle the "go to url" but

what about the rest?
