You can't do it that way. You can not go to a frame that isn't loaded

yet.

Normally, a skip intro is for bypassing a Flash splash screen and then

going to an HTML page. You can also load a separate SWF movie on Level 0

replacing your intro movie.


Alternatively you can use If frame is loaded or use a button with a

Label which won't work until the frame it is pointed to is loaded.

This makes no difference. The Load from Bottom (or Top) only affects the

way graphics are displayed and only in frame 1.

This is not possibe until that frame is loaded.
