FLASH: Rates?

Howdy,


I need some insight on what to charge a client.  It looks like a 15 page

website.  The client wants a flash site, but would need a non-flash version

as well.  I would need to design it and add their content that they provide.

Do you guys charge hourly or by the job mostly?  It should take me 2 full

weeks, with a third week of fine tuning.  Any insight would be appreciated.
