After all the hassles BT had with Click from ISPA and various ISPs, will
they want to get into the same situation again by offering a proper free
ISP service?

I suspect they'll offer it as a wholesaler (eg; the deal with Tesco) but
on their own, there may be many issues to prevent it and I suspect many
other ISPs would take issue with it legally.

But as far as who is next, how about a bank/building society.
Nationwide have been very quiet regarding its ISP service lately..(and
the backbone for that is BT!)
