Brent's mail must be commended for having the highest exclamation mark per
sentence density my mail client will allow.

In my case try 1 week and 10 minutes (gave up waiting), but we've all got
unhappy customers so best not snipe.

My number one complaint of QXL and Lastminute is that the bargain is in
very much in the eye of the beholder and I have yet to see anything on
either site that I want and, much more importantly, I can be sure is a
bargain. A person who pays full price for air tickets, hotels, computer
equipment, holidays, or restaraunts is a person who has never bothered to
haggle for a discount.

My number one question as a potential investor in either business is how
big are your margins? Advertising and sponsorship may be unfashionable
these days but it is margin-free.
