I know this may slightly go against the grain for most people by my first
question I always ask people....

Why do you think you need a website?

You usually get a pretty good idea pretty quickly about how serious they
are, how much thought they have given to it and whether they are the right
company to be doing business with.... Plus they might be wasting their/your
time and money - there might be another/better option.
