It's a very good read.

Most of this stuff should be obvious - but many marketeers forget
they're talking to humans, and never think if they'd personally like
being talk to how they're getting companies to talk to their
customers.

The most interesting part (for me) is the emphasis on companies
talking to their workers in the same way, and letting real workers
with real human opinions talk to customers and anyone else who wants
to talk.

It should be a very scary read for many large companies....

human, very funny individuals)
