Yep - it was a simple case of lack of budget and a discrepancy between BA
and Tussauds as to who should pay for it. I believe this is due to be
remedied sometime later this year.

You can actually buy tickets at the Eye itself, but you'll have to be
prepared for a long wait so isn't exactly ideal.
