products:


AdManager (in-house ad management system)


AdBureau (pretty much the same as AdManager, the difference being that it

resides on their servers rather than yours, and you pay per 1000 of ads

served through their system, so therefore cheaper initially that AdManager)


Or you could try DART from DoubleClick. - www.doubleclick.net


These are the 2 major players in this market, and both will be able to

provide the criteria you set out in b).


FYI, Ginger uses Engage AdBureau.
