There are several good freelance sites out there as well as the sister list
to this - UK new media jobs. Check out http://www.freelancers.net/ for a
start.

I get the feeling Director is on it's way out. It may not be relevant but
have you looked at other alternatives like QuickTime with flash embedded
(instant interactive TV!) and just plain flash or even DHTML based
solutions?
