UKNM: Request for design and programming expertise!

I was wondering if anyone could recommend any

companies who 1) have the equipment and expertise to

morph 2 faces into one to make one face and no 2) do

online quizzes, where people answer a series of

multiple choice questions, press "submit" then get

their results (would be on a client's web page but

will also be sent out as an e-mail). A friend urgently

needs this info ... help totally appreciated.
