On that note, has anyone come across the Disability Discrimination Act in relation to web sites?

A couple of my major high-street customers have received mail recently from users telling them that they will soon be open to prosecution if their sites aren't changed to take into account disabled users.

There appears to be a real flurry of activity within the NHS at the moment with similar fears. I've not heard this anywhere else... Has anyone else?

Ta

Andy
