Too often over the last few years massive promises have been made by web based companies and then we all get let down.
As i said about 3 years ago ... its about time an official body was formed to protect the public.
And i'll probably say it in another 3 years time.

would you honestly trust an ISP, that asked for cc details and didn't
use SSL, to deliver their promised 0800 ISP service?

if they can't get simple things right will the more complex stuff
work?
