In my 5 years of web experience I have only heard of
one credit card problem.

people from Istanbul who were trying to purchase

know quite intimately? To explain for everyone else,
orders were coming in from Istanbul for huge amounts.
The credit cards were checked and found to be stolen.
When called the user at the end of the line said "Is
there a problem with the credit card 'cos I have many
more here". I still picture a bloke in a small flat in
Istanbul flicking through a handful of credit card
receipts sent to him from the US like a pack of cards!
