UKNM: sales incentive site

Here's a hairy one.  I have a (loose) brief to put together a client 

intranet site on a budget (tight) to support their annual sales incentive 

program for 2001.  Realising that most similar sites are probably secure, 

I'm wondering whether anyone can point me in the direction of some 

samples/ case studies.  You know the drill: reps will be chasing 

individual budgets but there is an annual trip incentive tied to team/ 

company budgets.  The site will allow individuals to track progress 

towards targets in a funky visual way with an overall theme pointing to 

teamwork etc. etc.
