Our 1-day training seminar will show you how to promote your business on social media and will help you develop a successful social media strategy.

This hands-on workshop will show you how to set up and use the main social media tools, focusing on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.  We will demonstrate real-life case studies of how social media can be used to engage with potential as well as existing customers.

  • Setting up your Facebook page. How to use plugins to customise the appearance of your Facebook page.

  • Updating content: How to add tips, news, questions and answers, videos from external sources, and interesting links.
  • How to add image galleries and videos to promote your business and increase visitor engagement

  • How to track keywords and hashtags that are relevant to you
  • Writing tweets that will attract attention
  • Engaging with other Twitter users. How to a convert Twitter follower into an offline sale
  • Sharing articles, tips and ideas. Ensure these are also broadcast on your Twitter profile

  • Using social media monitoring tools such as Hootsuite to find out what topics people are talking about.
  • Scheduling blogs posts for when you are away
  • Using blog posts as part of a sales funnel
  • Sharing blog posts on social media
  • Using Google Analytics to monitor the popularity of your blog posts
  • External tools to use in conjunction with LinkedIn and Twitter: Google News and Google Reader, YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr
