Hey, finally, something I can contribute to! I take it that you
want to center your movie in a browser window, yes? I think that is what
I understood from your post. In your middle frame, place your movie in a
table tag that looks like this:

<TABLE CELLPADDING="0" CELLSPACING="0" BORDER="0" WIDTH="100%" HEIGHT="100%">
<TR>
<TD WIDTH="100%" VALIGN="middle" ALIGN="center">

put your embed and object tags in here, and set them to the normal
width of your movie. The TD attributes will center it for you.

</TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>


I just tried this out with some sample text and the text stays
centered both vertically and horizontally when the browser window is
resized. I've tried it in Communicator and IE 4 and it works fine.
