Hi Geri,

 Try Alpha Channels Goto Help > Flash Help Topics (F1) > Index > Alpha

Channel settings.


 Works very well and quite easily. Double click your symbol and select

Color Effect > Alpha. You can set the percentage from 0% opaque to 100%

fully transparent.
