If it were only websites that the latest version of IE was used for

it would make sense to develop for all platforms. But, more and

more companies are requesting full blown applications that just

happen to use the "web browser" as the GUI. I have been involved

with such an application that would make a flashed website look

like a video game. 


that is what I think the web will evolve into.
