Hiya ROB

You might want to use a mask to do that...

Type the whole line and then move a mask (filled block) above that line to
reveal letter by letter of the line... this mask is the only thing that
animates then (frame by frame)...

You will have to do each line on its own though ...

Hi flashers

I am doing a business proposal in flash at the moment and want the text to
seem as if it is being typed up!
I am sure that this is probably the oldest used effect but it serves the
purpose.

My problem is that to achieve this effect I have to type up the whole
paragraph used, insert a keyframe for every letter used and then delete the
letters not needed to create this effect.

My file size is huge and I was wondering if there was a more efficient way
to creating this effect?
