Hi...I originated this thread...and yes, the .eps *does* in fact work. by
nature, .eps is vector based, but because Flash handles imported files
poorly, it "will not work" as you would like by just importing the .eps
directly into flash...you'll need to bring it into Mac. freehand and export
it as an .fla..then open the .fla in flash...then, you're set. if you don't
have freehand, then you've got a bit of a dilema. i will agree, however,
that macromedia should make an .fla logo available for download...after all,
it's free advertising, eh? -t
