Subject: FLASH: can this be done in Flash?
From: Bert

Hi,

I've been looking all over every flash-site I know to find a solution for
this problem. My client wants me to make a drawn iron, iron a piece of cloth
(or whatever) with an unreadable text on top. While you're ironing the thing
with the mouse (drag it over) the text becomes readable and the surface of
the cloth gets a bit lighter and must stay that way.
I can't think of a solution and maybe we should try something completely
different but first I wanted to ask the list, if there is no way of doing it
that I don't know of (JS, actionscript...). Maybe some expert in masking
techniques who can help me?

I hope my english is well enough for you to understand what I'm talking
about. I've put the illustration on this page

Thanks a lot!

Bert
