FLASH: test scene, test movie and export as swf.....

I don't know if anyone has had the same problem...., but...

I have just gotten fed up with windows 98 (or maybe just the windows

platform altogether) and forced the IT guy here to install NT 4 on my

350mhz 128MBram pentium 2 "machine".


It turns out that I am now even more frustrated in that, within Flash 3,

I now cannot export a fla file AT ALL! I started by having problems with

test movie and test scene. I thought that maybe it was just this action

that NT didn't take kindly to. Then once I had tried this after

restarting for the third time ( have to end task to get out of it), I

tried just exporting the movie as a final swf file and voila! - This

didn't work either. Can anyone provide an answer or source of help to

solve this problem
