Yes, of course it is possible. He could reject it for a thousand reasons
that he is also not supposed to consider, but you can't worry about
that. In general Yahoo has been pretty fair about new technology.
I would expect the typical Yahoo reviewer would be unaware of a jump
page (as most visitors will be) unless there is a stall in web
connection right at the moment they are being redirected or your site is
extraordinarily slow at the time so that he has time to look around.
Yahoo looks for content not method. Robots do the same but are more
limited in their methods and what they can perceive than us, lowly human
beings.
