Hi Mike,

> hello everyone. i heard that you can import mp3 files in Flash 4.
You heard wrong.
Flash 3 and 4, both only import wav (PC) and Aiff (Mac).
Flash 4 has added (by default) audio export with MP3 compressiom which
makes the audio component of Flash swf files much smaller.

Use an external program to convert your MP3 audio to either wave (PC) or
aiff (Mac) so it can be imported into Flash. Flash will recompress it in
MP3 when the file is exported if that is what you want.
