FLASH: Secret to sound sync?

Hi Guys,


What's the secret to sound sync?


Have a long aiff song playing.  Want to sync tweened text lyrics to it,

having the text line start when the singer sings that line.


Sounds simple enough.  But just can't seem to get it right.


The timing is different for "Play" and "Test Movie".  Frame rate factors?


This will be run from local disc, not the web if that makes a difference.
