I know you are not, but if you were running Lotus Domino then there is
nothing quite like Abacus for Domino from Blue Sky Communications

Subject: UKNM: Favourite stats analysis software

As ever, I'm interested in finding a better log analysis package, so
naturally, I'm interested in the group's experience.

I'm using Microsoft SiteServer (aka UsageAnalyst) to put together a lot of
customised reporting for major site reviews. Once you've hiked up the
learning curve, it's pretty good and you can learn loads from the results.
We've also got WebTrends for 'other stuff'.

But...

Faster, more accurate, easier to use is the software mantra. I'm
disappointed (but not surprised) with the length of time it takes
UsageAnalyst to import data and analyse a complex report (it can take a
couple of hours to calculate long clickstreams for a log of 1 million or so
page impressions). It'd be nice to have a package that was easier to
customise (I'm not talking about pick'n'mix reports, here). And there are
other niggles along the way.

Chatting to ABC Electronic, they say that WebTrends and UsageAnalyst are
the
packages they see most often when they're auditing stats.

THE QUESTION IS...

What do you use? Why do you like it?

Thank you for caring and sharing,

Giles
