Your LastMinute emails aren't spam. Just because you unsuccessfuly unsubbed
twice doesn't make what you signed up for in the first place - spam. Rather,
it's a list problem. I administer lists. I can say list-software's only as
good as its administrator. Unsubbing should of course be expedited, obvious,
easy. But your example doesn't make spam out of another's roast beef.
