I had a similar experience to Damien - alas it wasnt Amsterdam I was visiting...

Customer Service is the key word for 'net commerce in 2000, perhaps, Lastminute can retain pee'd off cutomers that have paid for couriers by either picking up the cost of the courier (the honorable thing to do) or splitting it with the customer (the semi-honorable thing to do)...because ignoring this issue (the dishonorable thing to do) will eventually result in bad publicity, which will lead to lack of interest in the service...and...if the competition stiffens...lack of traffic, and thus...no business. Damien - they'll have to wake up...
