Well, when I get one from Network Solutions or UUNET and it doesn't have a
time limit on it, they may as well not bother, unless it's got a ticket
number and some priority contact info in it. However, if it promises 24
hour response then it's nice to receive as it provides ammunition against
against the company should they fail to respond.
