Call me pedantic, but you don't seem to do all of what Ray suggests. Don't 

you simply attempt to order an item? You don't send it back, etc, as he 

suggested.


In any case, I think Ray was suggesting that this ought to form part of a 

site review. I agree. I also feel that off-line marketing of a site should 

also be considered.


Like I say, if you need a writer... :-)
