Good point, Leslie. Perhaps we should suggest closing NMA down ;-)

But then again, NMA _is_ a very 'usable' digest of all the market data and
goings on.

Personally, I can think of few things more tedious and absurd than reading
about a web site in a print magazine. Have never done it, and don't intend
to start now. Unless other readers find it useful, I would be happy if NMA
dropped site inspection as something a bit out of date.

If you think about it, the reason fast cars, yachts, etc, are reviewed in
magazines is that it provides vicarious access to something most people
can't afford. So what value do web site reviews bring when all you have to
do is type in www.yetanotherpoxywebsite.com to find out for yourself?

You could save a lot of time and just ask site owners to submit their launch
details and print that.

Ooops, mustn't forget to make good use of the free as space provided by
Chinwag to say that we are recruiting planners, buyers, researchers, account
managers, sales people, trainees and one or two top marketing hotshots.
Suggest a friend, and I'll send you 500 if we appoint them. Some of the
details are at www.eyeconomy.com/jobs.htm but really all we want is really
special people.
