Normally I would insist, depending on the project, that the client
provides all text, spell-checked et all on a disk.
Because I mainly deal with small businesses the fact that .. "that's
goona cost ya .." usually persudaes them to provide.

I dunno ... this thread is going on a bit and maybe I'm realising where
I'm going wrong, ie UMD is not a massive company with plush West-end
offices and 30 staff. But then again that was never my intention !!
