Hiya,


Thanks for the help, i think i know what the problem is now, it's that my file

has a lot of animation running very fast. I cant change anything about that so

my only option i think is to force the quality setting to high. Now i may be

being a bit dense or else it's late in the day but i cant see where the

quality settings are, can you help?
