Just a snippet of news that makes you wonder how they feel about data

protection - especially when this is how they treat their employees:


"At least 50 - and perhaps more than 100 - of Kozmo.com's 320 local

employees are reportedly refusing to sign a consent form that would

authorize the company to perform credit and personal-background checks on

them...... New York-based Kozmo.com announced the policy several days ago,

saying it would fire any worker who does not agree to it."
