Brits Submit Over 60 Panels to SXSW Interactive
March 2010 might still seem a distant dream, but the organiser's of South by South West interactive (SXSWi to its friends) are already cracking on with preparations for the conference line-up with the opening of their Panel Picker.
This year sees over three times as many panels from the British digital industry, with over 60 panels, up from 18 last year, making it to SXSWi's Panel Picker where the public get to rate and comment on the panels being put forward.
The public feedback is designed to help organisers refine presentations and panels, and makes up 30% of decision-making progress.
Below is the comprehensive list (add comments if we've missed any) of panels submitted by the Brits. Good luck to all those in the Panel Picker machine...

WorkForceTrack
Recently, our team leader has decided to switch from Huddle to WorkForceTrack . Because it is cheaper than Huddle and has almost the same functions. As far as I know, they also offer some kind of discounts. So, I am recommending you to try this
I got in!
thanks for the mention of my panel idea.
pleased to announce that I got invited to present my 'How To Unplan Your Business Idea' session so see you at SXSW 2010
Congrats!
That's great news, well done. Look forward to seeing you there. Swing by the Digital Mission stand in the Expo hall to say hi.
thanks Sam, see you there
thanks Sam, see you there
Useful work - thanks
Thanks Sam - this list is way more manageable than going through the 5,000 plus proposals online - I've voted for a packload of Brits now :)
Surely your CBE is forthcoming?
Good voting!
Thanks, either that or, more likely, those nice men in white coats will turn up.
Crisp/eModeration submission
http://panelpicker.sxsw.com/ideas/view/4999
I'm not sure if this one counts, as it's a US/UK mixed panel - and itself was submitted by Rebecca Newton (US citizen) on behalf of her (UK) company Crisp. But I guess at least it's an example of digital connection in practice!
Duly added...
@Tia Fisher - thanks for letting us know, that's been added to the list now. I reckon it counts with Crisp being UK-based and Tamara (UK-based?) taking part. Good luck with the panel.
Thought about joining either of the Digital Missions?

Hi Sam
Yes, Tamara is the British CEO of eModeration and eModeration (the clue's in the name!) is UK headquartered, with bases also in NY and LA. We already have a heavyweight US client base, though we did look at the Digital Missions ...

Well spotted...
Thanks, a few did slip through the net. I've added that session to the list. Good luck with the voting.
Thanks, I have square eyes now
Thanks Rachel, I was quite brain dead by the end of it and thankfully the Twitterverse came to the rescue with various omissions. Hopefully it's pretty comprehensive now. Good luck with your panel.
I'm impressed at the pruning
I'm impressed at the pruning you did - there's over 2000 panels, that's a lot of searching
